Milk Chocolate Cookies - Dairy-Free Alternative

Ingredients
3/4 cup of melted vegan butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of coconut or cane sugar
3 tbsp of oat or almond milk or an egg
1 tsp of vanilla
2 cups of plain or oat flour
1 tsp of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chunks

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and line your baking tray with parchment
In a bowl, mix your melted butter and both sugars well until combined. Add in the milk or egg and vanilla extract and mix. Sieve in your flour, baking soda, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently fold until combined.
Add in chocolate chips or chunks, and fold in until combined. Scoop dough with a tablespoon or ice cream scoop and place on lined baking tray. Place in the oven to bake for 10-15 mins, until slightly browned on edges. Enjoy!
