Milk Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of melted butter

  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup of white sugar

  • 1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp of vanilla or chunks

3-4 servings

 
 

 Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and line your baking tray with parchment.

  2. In a bowl, mix your melted butter and both sugars well until combined. Add in the egg, and vanilla extract and mix.

  3. Sieve in your flour, baking soda, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently fold until combined

  4. Add in chocolate chips or chunks, and fold in until combined. Scoop dough with a tablespoon or ice cream scoop and place on lined baking tray. 

  5. Place in the oven to bake for 10-15 mins, until slightly browned on edges.
